Founder & Interim Executive Director
Natalie has been trained at Cornell University as a Proactive Coach and at Columbia University as a strategist with an MBA. As part of start-up team, she raised $17 million in series A and secured $70 million in series B, developed multi-million dollar projects to promote social entrepreneurship globally, and developed, trained, and coached large teams. As the Founder and Interim Executive Director of ASI, she is working with the Management Committee to ensure ASI accomplishes its impact and scalability goals. Natalie is also the founder of KZoom a groundbreaking company with a mission to promote entrepreneurship inclusion through innovative models and tools.
Director of Project Management
Bhoomi Kamat is an Electronics Engineer by Profession with 15+ years of experience in variety of domains such as Information Technology, Education, Real Estate across countries like India and North America. From a successful career in Information Technology for 14 years to becoming a successful woman Entrepreneur, Bhoomi has a knack to explore new areas and opportunities, thus challenging her own potential and expanding her horizons. Passionate about making the world a better place for current and future generations, Bhoomi is proud to be part of ASI’s vision to serve women and under-served communities as well as practice service-learning.
Director of Marketing
Andrew Kornblatt lives in Berkeley and is a communications consultant specializing in NGOs, Government, Science, and Clean Technology. Along with being an avid baker, Andrew also produces an ocean science and technology podcast called “Ocean Science Radio.” Andrew brings 10 years of strategic communications skills to ASI, including partnership and network marketing, new media, and thought leadership development. He hopes to help ASI reach its key goals and establish itself as a leader in its domain.
Director of Human Resources
Sukanya graduated from the Carlson School of Management- the University of Minnesota’s Masters in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. She worked in a leading tech company in Silicon Valley as Human Resource Representative. She started as a HRBP at ASI and now leads a team of talented human resource volunteers. Originally from Bangalore, India, Sukanya is a self-driven HR professional who is passionate about learning and making a difference.
