Marina Keating Head of Programs
Marina Keating has over 15 years of experience leading global customer facing functions (Professional Services, Customer Support & Success) in a number of technology companies in the US and Europe, most recently as Sr. Vice President Services and Support at Innovative Interfaces. With a focus on growing revenue, driving efficiency, developing staff and ensuring customer success she has led projects for companies that include Visa, JP Morgan Chase, Thomson Reuters, Safeway UK, New York Public Library and Bank of Ireland. Marina’s passion for inclusion, diversity and skill-based volunteering led her to join the AIS Management Advisory Committee in 2018.
David McCraken Head of Operations
Dave McCracken has worked in the biotechnology industry for 26 years. The majority of Dave's work career was spent at Genentech where he worked in leadership roles in Manufacturing, Quality and Medical Affairs. Dave currently works for a small biotech company; Achaogen that is working to bring innovative antibacterials to treat multi-drug resistant, gram-negative infections. Dave’s passion in work is people, process, and technology – working to fit all of this together in a synchronous fashion to solve challenges and execute on the business goals.
Michael Harmon Head of Project Management
Michael Harmon joined the Advanced Social Initiative in 2018. He has more than 30 years of experience in Financial, Government, Hospitality, Non-Profits, Technology, and Utility accounts. Over the course of his work career, he has worked as a Manager for Dignity Health and is one of the initial founders of the Gilbert Veterans of Foreign Affairs in Gilbert AZ and maintains a position as Quartermaster (CFO). Previously, he was a consultant for Accenture Technology Solutions working on multiple types of clients. Michael currently holds a MISM degree in the Information Systems Management and is a Doctoral candidate in Healthcare Administration at Capella University.
Issac Jayaraj Head of Human Resources
Issac Jayaraj is an accomplished Human Resources leader with success in leading organizations through business transformations. A leader with drive and proven track record in creating, aligning and driving Talent strategy as a competitive differentiator.
His experience spans several industries, including Hospitality, Consumer products, Software, Telecom, Financial Services and Energy Management. He has lived and worked in four different countries. Currently he is a partner with IncuStart, a technology incubator.
Natalie Nasseri Founder & Interim Executive Director
Natalie has been trained at Cornell University as a Proactive Coach and at Columbia University as a strategist with an MBA. Some of her major accomplishments are:
As part of start-up team raised $17 million in series A and secured $70 million in series B,
Developed multi-million dollar projects to promote social entrepreneurship globally, and
Developed, trained, and coached large teams.
As a founder and interim executive director of ASI, she is working with the Management Committee to ensure ASI accomplishes its impact and scalability goals. Natalie is also a founder of KZoom a groundbreaking company with a mission to promote entrepreneurship inclusion through innovative model and tools.
